We are proud to provide our customers with excellent delivery service, so we provide different choices according to your order destination.
Delivery and return
At present, we provide free delivery service for all orders (excluding furniture orders) with consumption no less than 100 USD. Applicable Terms and Conditions.
We offer the following delivery options:
*It can take up to 18 working days to send goods to certain postal codes in the Channel Islands and the Scottish Highlands.
The delivery fee may vary depending on your delivery location; This will be confirmed at checkout. Shipping dangerous goods outside Hong Kong will incur additional costs, which will be added to your shipping costs at checkout.
After you select your delivery option, you will get an estimated delivery date at checkout.
Please note that for Hong Kong and international orders, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays, adverse weather conditions or increased demand. If there is any change in your order, our customer service team will notify you in time.
To Hong Kong
Most of our orders in Hong Kong are sent through DPD（10~14work days）, and we also cooperate with DHL（6~10work days）
. Your email will include the operator and tracking details for your convenience.
If you are not in the specified time period, DPD provides flexible delivery options. You can choose to put your package in the neighborhood or a safe place, or even pick it up from the local DPD service point on the same day or at your convenience.
You can easily track or change your delivery by downloading the DPD or DHL application.
For any Hong Kong order containing alcohol, you will be required to provide photo identification when shipping. Please note that these orders will not provide additional delivery options. DPD will try two deliveries before your order is sent back to Harold.
Ship to USA
Orders to the United States will be sent via FedEx（6~12work days） or DHL（4~10work days）.
FedEx offers a variety of express options, allowing you to choose the one that suits you best. Please note that some delivery methods may incur additional costs. For more information, please visit the FedEx website.
To track or modify your delivery, you can download FedEx or DHL （10~9work days）applications.
Delivery to Europe and the rest of the world
Orders to Europe and the rest of the world will be delivered through DHL. You can easily track the delivery of orders by downloading the DHL application.
Please note that shipments to Ukraine, Russia and Belarus are currently suspended.
